In other words, the Pro is ideal for you to go bluewater hunting with, is powerfully effective and highly accurate.  Moreover, Rob Allen specifically designed this gun to hunt larger, harder bodied species.  For example; Marlin, Blue Fin Tuna, Mahi-Mahi, Spanish Mackerel, King Fish and Dogtooth Tuna.

A 7.5 mm spear shaft that comes with your purchase requires special mention here too. That’s because it has been manufactured from oil quenched, 2100 MPA hardened spring steel. Also, because it has undergone Rob Allen’s unique straightening process.  As a result, this process ensures that you’re using the sturdiest and straightest spear available. Critically, every shaft is hand-tested to make sure it’s as straight as possible.

The Tuna Pros’ aircraft-grade aluminium barrels have a wall thickness of 1.45mm. (This is exactly the same dimensions as Rob Allen’s premium carbon barrels).
